Inpeto uses a modern Distribution centre in Germany and will open a distribution centre in England soon. From there, your products will be delivered within the next few days.

Can I return the order when I am not satisfied with the products?

You can return your products when they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
If you have ordered the wrong products you can send them back, however you will be expected to pay the cost of returns.

For damaged products with low value, Inpeto reserves the right to collect and will re-deliver you the goods with your very next order.

What is a purchase request?

At inpeto.co.uk you have the opportunity to order high volumes of products directly from the manufacturer. You can submit a purchase request over the inpeto system. With the help of this system, you can receive better prices from the manufacturer because of the high volumes you are ordering. To submit a purchase request you have to fulfil a minimum order quantity.

What is a purchase request?

At inpeto.co.uk wholesalers, intermediaries and pet retailers have the opportunity to submit purchase requests for high volume trading. The purchase request will be directly forwarded to the manufacturer.

Manufacturers can respond to the purchase request individually and quote a price. On the negotiated price between the two parties, Inpeto will add a commission. This will then be the total price of the purchase request
